Product Overview

A UPS monitoring card, the CyberPower RCCARD100 monitors the operation of select CyberPower UPS that are setup with PowerPanel® Cloud system. A secure web portal or mobile application is used to remotely monitor a UPS and provide notifications on power events.

The RCCARD100 is a hot-swappable plug-and-play design, allowing fast installation, or replacement without interrupting the operation of the UPS. An RJ-45 Ethernet connection is used to connect the card to a network and PowerPanel Cloud. The card supports user-upgradeable firmware to keep functionality up to date. The RCCARD100 comes with a three-year warranty.

When I add a new UPS system/Cloud card to the PowerPanel Cloud app, is there a delay before it is recognized in my account?

Yes, there will be a slight delay.  It typically takes a few minutes before you see it, but can occasionally take longer.

Is the RCCARD100 hot swappable?

Yes.  You do not need to power down your UPS system to add it or to change it.

What are compatible models of UPS systems for the RCCARD100?

The RCCARD100 is compatible with all CyberPower UPS systems that have an optional card slot (including Smart App Online, Smart App Sinewave, Smart App LCD, and CP1500PFCLCD models).
